Introducing: Stupid Good Summer School 2014

Stupid-good-summer-schoolReady to get your ‘A’ in Kitchen Competency?

Food is exciting for me because that I’m learning all the time. No way can I tell you how to sous vide the perfect steak, but I can tell you how to dice an onion consistently. Yeah, forget butchering an entire pig, today I just need to learn how to perfectly poach an egg. For those of you who still believe boiling water will get you by, this project is for you.

I can’t turn you into Gordon Ramsay, but we can get you ‘dinner on the table’ potential.

“Stupid Good Summer School” will feature a kitchen technique every Tuesday and a recipe using that technique every Thursday. If you have any requests, I’d be happy to hear more about how we can learn together! Check back for updates all summer long and keep in touch with Facebook and Instagram.
